This well balanced concoction of sarsaparilla, sage, gotu kola, ginger, rose petals, solomans seal and spearmint was created with the intention of centering the doshas to achieve balance and inner harmony. A wonderful simple tonic for all types, the Yoga Tea is always deemed a delicious experience.

Taste: Clean, sweet, floral and mildly minty

Energy:- =VPK, balanced, tonic, restorative and mildly diuretic.

Brewing Tips:- Pour boiling water over tea and cover to steep 3-5 minutes. Sweeten to taste.

Beat those blues with this naturally zippy elixir of damiana, ginger, cardamom and dried Maine apple thats sure to perk up the most doleful of souls.- Damiana, an herb native to the Americas, is well known for being a safe and effective remedy for depression, low libido and vitality.- This blend is quite stimulant without containing caffeine.

Taste:- Pungent, spicy and sweet

Energy:- -V,+P, -K, warming, stimulant and carminative

Brewing Tips:- Pour boiling water over tea and cover to steep 3-5 minutes. Sweeten to taste.- I like to steep and garnish- with a couple fresh apple slices in the tea shop.
