Migraine Tea

Pitta types are particularly prone to migraines, often associated with fiery elements   such as stress and an over emphasis of heating and acidic foods. This calming and adaptogenic blend of linden flowers, chamomile, lavender, white willow, skullcap, feverfew, meadowsweet, spearmint and jasmine flowers helps encourage blood flow and calm the autoimmune response to stress, with its' anti-inflammatory and anelgesic properties.
