Darjeeling, 2nd Flush

Darjeeling 2nd flush is harvested at the end of the rainy season at the Makaibari Estate in the eastern Himalayas, when the natural yellow color and buttery flavor of  this organic Darjeeling black tea are at their peak. A bolder leaf than the 1st flush Darjeeling, this tea imparts a subtle fruity and musky complexity that make it a favorite at the tea shop for an afternoon cup.

Brewing Tips:
. Allow boiling water to cool before pouring over leaves. Steep 3-4 minutes. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
